Pistachio Cream Croissant Recipe
🧾 Ingredients:
For the Pistachio Cream:

1 cup pistachios (unsalted, shelled)

2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)

½ cup heavy cream (or whipped cream)

1 tbsp butter (softened)

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Few drops of rose water (optional, for aroma)
For Assembly:

4 fresh croissants (store-bought or homemade)

2 tbsp crushed pistachios (for topping)

Dried rose petals (optional, for garnish)

Powdered sugar (optional dusting)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Pistachio Paste:

Soak pistachios in hot water for 10 mins. Peel skins for vibrant green color.

Blend pistachios, honey/sugar, and butter in a food processor until smooth.

Add heavy cream gradually to get a whipped, creamy consistency.

Mix in vanilla, cardamom, and rose water for flavor.
2. Prepare the Croissants:

Gently slice each croissant lengthwise (don’t cut all the way through).

Pipe or spoon pistachio cream generously inside and on top.
3. Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle crushed pistachios and rose petals over the cream.

Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Chill for 10–15 mins before serving for a firm, creamy texture.
